6.         Restricted/Protected Area permit: A fee of US$ 30 eqvt. FCFA 18,000/- + ICWF FCFA 2000/- Total FCFA 20,000/- for issuing restricted/protected area permit except for Nationals belonging to Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, South Africa, Uruguay, Nepal, Bhutan and Pakistan.

7.         Transfer of Visa:

            When Indian Visa, affixed on an old passport, is transferred on a new passport, a fee of US$ 5/- eqvt. FCFA 3,000/- + ICWF FCFA 2000/- = Total FCFA 5,000/- will be charged.

            This fee will not be charged from the nationals of Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan and of the countries mentioned below at para 8 regarding Gratis Visas.

            In case of U.K. nationals, visa transfer fee is US$167 eqvt. to FCFA 100,000/- + ICWF FCFA 2000/- = Total FCFA 102,000/-

            In case of Russian nationals, visa transfer fee isUS$40 eqvt. to FCFA 24,000 /-+ICWF FCFA 2000/- = Total FCFA 26,000/-

8.         Gratis Visas:

            All types of visas will be issued gratis to the nationals of Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia and Uruguay.

            In respect of Seychelles nationals, all types of visas, except for work/employment visa, may be issued on gratis basis.

            Only Business, Tourist and Transit visas will be issued on gratis basis to the nationals of Uruguay. Normal visa fee is applicable for all other types of visas.

            Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges of US$ 03/- eqvt. to FCFA 2,000/-   and postal charges will be charged accordingly  except from nationals of Myanmar.  In respect of Myanmar nationals, Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) fee will not be charged. However, postal charged will be charged if they opt for return of passport by post.

9.         Visa Free Countries:  Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan do not require visa to enter India. However, nationals of Nepal require visa, if they enter India from China, which may be granted gratis.

10.       Visa fee for Pakistani Nationals:  A fee of (INR.100/-) eqvt. FCFA 1000/-+FCFA 2000/- (ICFA) Total FCFA 3000/- should be charged from Pakistani nationals for an Indian visa of all types.

11.       Special Visa fee categories: In view of the existing bilateral agreements/arrangements, visa fee in respect of following countries will be as follows:

i. Singaporean Nationals:  The charges for Tourist visa (multiple entry) and valid for up to six months in respect of Singapore nationals will be US$ 25/- eqvt. to FCFA 15,000/-+ ICWF FCFA 2,000/- =Total FCFA 17,000/-.  However, fee for all other types of visit will be same as mentioned in normal visa fee structure.

ii. Japanese Nationals: For the Japanese nationals the following will be the charges:

Transit Visa                           US$ 01 = FCFA 1000/- + ICWF 2000/- = FCFA 3,000/-
All other types of Visa         US$ 08 = FCFA 5000 + ICWF 2000/- = FCFA 7,000/-

iii. U.K. Nationals:  The fee for U.K. Nationals for different types of visas will be as follows:

iv.       Nigerian Nationals: A uniform fee of US585/- eqvt. to FCFA350,000/- + ICWF FCFA 2,000/-=Total 352,000/-   will be charged for all types of visas valid for any duration from the national of Nigeria..

 

v.         USA Nationals:

            A fee of US$ 100/- eqvt to FCFA60,000/-+ICWF FCFA 2000/- (inclusive of visa application fee) total FCFA 62,000/- will be charged for tourist visa and business visa for a maximum period up to 10 years from the nationals of USA.

            Fee for all other type of visas will be same as mentioned in normal visa fee structure.

            In all cases of visas, an additional visa application fee of US$ 20/- FCFA12,000/- (except for tourist visa and business visa) will be charged from the nationals of USA.

12.         GRATIS BUSINESS & EMPLOYMENT VISA FOR LEAST DEVELOPMENT COUNTRIES (LDCs) APPLICANTS:

            Only Business and Employment visas to the applicants from Least Developed Countries (LDCs) will be issued on gratis basis. However, please note that Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges of FCFA 2,000/- will be charged from business and employment visas applicants for LDCs.
